Mechanical and electrical installation

We install electrical and mechanical systems on industrial, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sites from our base in Halifax.

What our work covers

Most of our work involves electrical installation, including EV charging, alongside the installation of the systems below.

Control panels

We build main control panels and program the PLCs that run your equipment.

Conveyor systems

We build each conveyor around what it carries, how fast it runs and the space it fits.

Process equipment

We take process systems from design through to installation and support.

Site infrastructure

We install EV charging infrastructure, from groundworks to the power kiosks.

How a job runs

We take the electrical and the mechanical side of a job from planning and design support through to testing and commissioning.

  1. Planning

We look at the space and the job with you, then plan the electrical and mechanical work.

  2. Design

We give design support on both sides of the job, so the work suits your site and how it runs.

  3. Workshop build

We design and build the control panels, with the conveyors built to order in our Halifax workshop.

  4. Site installation

Our engineers then install the electrical and the mechanical systems on your site to the plan.

  5. Commissioning

We test and commission each of the systems on your site before any of them go into use.

  6. Handover

We hand the job over once it is commissioned, then look after it with planned maintenance.
